How to Make Friends With Yourself: 6 weeks of self learning

Click here to find out more

If you struggle to find time for yourself, no matter what your schedule looks like, you are not alone. Do more yoga, meditate, journal, go for solo walks, have a relaxing bath… we know! It all sounds like it would really be good for us but it also sounds kind of lonely and honestly not much fun. And did we mention about not finding the time?!

Welcome to the Busy Optimists’ Collective.

Come in, my friend.

We are testing a few theories:

self love does not have to be a solo pursuit

SELF LOVE AND HAPPINESS ARE ONGOING PRACTICES

SCHEDULING THESE PRACTICES WITH A COMMUNITY CAN HELP US FIND TIME AND MOTIVATION

For us, finding moments of self care had begun to feel like a chore with a lot of pressure and little payoff. We want to feel motivated, excited and fulfilled by taking care of ourselves, and for that we realised that we need a little help.

So we created this community based on the following values:

  • Learning by doing
  • Embracing your lovely self
  • Practicing satisfaction
  • Not taking ourselves too seriously
  • Full of hope

We needed a community to support our self care efforts so we are building one! What do you need? Let’s support each other!
